Personnel Handbook

Each employee will be provided the Research, Mississippi! Inc.(RMS) Handbook of Personnel Policies, and must sign an acknowledgement stating that he or she has received a copy. Employees are expected to become familiar with the policies, procedures and services of RMS and the VAMC during the introductory period. It is also the time when new employees are expected to learn and understand their responsibilities of their job. Any questions regarding job responsibilities, policies or procedures should be directed to the supervisor or Research, Mississippi! Inc. administration. Understanding these responsibilities is essential to successful employment.
